Materials used in all Seven Jewels Design pieces are carefully selected to ensure the best quality possible. Jewelry by nature is delicate and needs to be cared for appropriately. However, here are a few recommendations to ensure that your jewelry will last forever. 

Avoid substances such as perfume & other chemicals when wearing Selen Jewels, to prevent discoloration.

Selen Jewels is Sterling Silver or stainless steel with 18k Gold Plating. An extra layering of tarnish resistance is added to extend the lifespan of the jewelry. Our Cubic Zirconia (CZ) stones are placed in a very meticulous manner, to prevent from stones falling out.

We offer free shipping in the United States, Canada, European Union and United Kingdom. For products with paid shipping we clearly mark that before you pay. 

Processing time: 

• Most items in stock ship within 1-3 business days, but will vary depending on item availability and/or production time, if applicable. 
• All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9.00AM to 5.00PM.
• During high seasons or sales events it may take 3-5 business days to ship. 

Shipping into US can take 1-3 business days but if you want to be delivered in a hurry, please do not hesitate to contact us! We are very fast to reply. United Kingdom and European Union shipping can take up to 2-5 business days and 7-10 business days in other countries. We are currently work with USPS, UPS and other facility companies. 

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately Selen Jewels cannot be held responsible.

We don't offer free shipping to Rest of the World. The shipping is paid for by the customer and the shipping time is clearly mentioned before the customer pays.
